* When you take a photo please check that top side of business card matches with "This Side Up" marker.
* Please check that business card is in one of supported languages.
* Please make sure that you have selected proper language in iPhone's Settings / BC Reader / Languages.
* Please make sure that photo quality is good and image is clear.
If you use iPhone 3G, you would need to use additional gadgets to improve photo quality (such as Griffin Clarifi).
We guarantee flawless work with iPhone 3GS and 4G, whose cameras allow to take photo of good enough quality.
Supported languages are: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Danish, Dutch, Greek, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
After information recognition press "Merge with existing contact" button in "New contact" dialog.
Existing information will be saved.
After information recognition press "View recognized info as plain text" button in "New contact".
This is a temporary contact. It will be removed automatically after you finish editing new contact.
As iPod Touch doesn't have built-in camera, you may recognize business cards only from saved images.
Please note that iPad 2 camera does not have autofocus, so picture quality is not good enough for text recognition.
On iPad you may only recognize business cards saved in device memory.
Contacts synchronization is not a feature of Business Card Reader.
However, contacts created by Business Card Reader may be synchronized as well as other contacts on your device.
