IM+ uses your existing data plan or wi-fi connection to ensure there are no extra costs for your social endeavours. The only only thing you pay for is the app (unless you get the free version), and all your messaging needs are taken care of! Note: voice messages are sent as MP3s, and are therefore playable on any Mac, PC, or mobile.

Off-the-Record cryptographic protocol ensures that all your conversations are strongly encrypted all the way from you to your contact and your messaging session won't be compromised by a third-party.

Custom Status and Geo-Location

With IM+, you can set your status to be as unique as you are. Statuses can also be as unique as where you are - with geo-location capabilities, your status can contain your location and a map so friends can easily find you!

Built-in Browser

Multi-task while messaging. IM+ allows you to surf the web and open hyperlinks without leaving the app! Our browser uses the same filtering as Safari, so make sure Safari is enabled when using IM+!

Push Notifications for All Networks

Don't worry about closing IM+ or switching to another app - with push notifications enabled, you can stay connected and keep receiving incoming messages in IM+ for up to 7 days! Note: due to technical reasons, Skype only stays connected for 6 hours after closing the app.
