RDM+ , VNC+ and TSMobiles are intended to provide remote access to desktop PC from mobile device. They allow to view and edit files, send and receive e-mails, run various applications and do many other things on the desktop PC remotely from your handheld.
TSMobiles is more suitable for remote control/administration of servers, for getting access and making changes to general business applications, databases etc. Many companies have such general applications on their servers and grant the access to them through Windows Terminal Service, which is supported by TSMobiles.
The main peculiarity of RDM+ is a possibility to download files from handheld to desktop and vice versa. With RDM+ user for example can easily update the musical content on his device downloading tracks remotely from the computer or downloading fresh photos from mobile device to desktop immediately and not occupying any place with them on the handheld.
VNC+ can be used for many kinds of things - from controlling desktop computer at home to remote server administration. The VNC platform is widely adopted because of free availability of the desktop application, which has many different versions for all main platforms - Windows, Linux / Unix , Mac.

Connection requirements
Direct access to the desktop PC through the internet is not necessary. Desktop PC can be located behind a proxy/firewall.
Direct Internet access to the port 5900 on your desktop PC is required. The connection to this port should be granted by the firewall/router.
