IM+ Talk doesnt work at all!

Hi! i bought IM+ Talk for my blackberry 9700 and 8520 since it says that "Lifetime license: all further updates included. Free license transfer to another device except iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad."

So, that means i can use IM+ talk for my two blackberry phones.

When i registered the license code that they emailed me, it says,
"Error #2:
Your license is already use. You should reset your license for a new registration on our site: http://www.shapeservices.com/en/lincenc ... dalone.php Then you will be able to register with it again. If you still get the error, please contact us at bbsupport@shapeservices.com.

So, i click that out, then it says,

"If you changed your mobile device to a similar one, upgraded your OS or reinstalled the application, please register with your current license on your new device."

So, i tried re-entering the current lincense after i reinstalled the application on my 9700 and deleting IM+ talk with my 8520 cause i figured that i might be used by my 8520.

Still, it doesnt work, same Error#2 occurred.

and after giving up, i tried the trial version for the mean time cause i have to use skype asap.
Then when someone is calling me.. a window will pop-up that says "IM+ blacklisted" even i have a Skype credits.

so basically, IM+ talk for skype doesnt work at all.
can someone please help me? tried sending email to shapeservices already.

Please note that the license code unlocks only one copy of IM+ Talk.

It is not binded to your device strictly i.e. you may change your Blackberry to another one.
However you cannot use one code on two Blackberries simultaneously.

It appears that Skype account blocking might happen to any Skype user,
disregarding the client which is used - native Skype on desktop or mobile
client.
Therefore it is not the issue of our software directly.

Please inform us about the progress.
