Unfortunately the cause of this issue was not determined yet therefor we cannot specify the time frames for this issue to be fixed for now, sorry.

I'm not sure I understand. You are selling a piece of software that does not work on some "mainstream" blackberry models, there is no warnings regarding this on your website and now you have "put on hold" your engineering department to find a fix for people who have purchaced this application. If I did that in my business....I would be out of business.

My fiancee who has a blackberry is having this same issue. She downloaded the trial version and can call my Droid cell that has skype installed and she can hear me just fine but I can't hear her at all ever. If this problem is ever fixed we will purchase the product.

The development of IM+ Talk was resumed this Monday.

Our developers are working on the bugfixing update.
Unfortunately we cannot specify the time frame for it to release for now.

The next version of IM+ Talk is on the development stage for now, it is to be released on about 20th-25th May.
