IM+ for Skype has been rebranded to IM+ Talk recently according to Skype requirements. Skype doesn't allow 3rd party internet applications to use "Skype" in application name any more.
So, if you have purchased IM+ for Skype before and would like to update to the latest version, you would need to download IM+ Talk now.

The existing licenses remain valid for IM+ Talk, you won't need to re-purchase the application.
