I've started using a "Stowaway" bluetooth keyboard that I'd purchased years ago for my iPhone 3GS (one of these):

and yesterday updated to iOS4. While I'm awaiting App Store approval of the crash-free version of IM+ I ran into another potential issue.
when I'm typing an IM, there's no option that I can find that will cause the Enter key to send the message. And when the BT keyboard is operational, I cannot bring up the on-screen keyboard and use it's "send" button. Which means disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard to send each message.
Is there a way to set the "Enter" key to send the IM? Or configure another key combination to act as "send"? or display the "send" button outside the touchscreen keyboard so it can be accessed even when the touchscreen KB is disabled?
Thanks in advance.
