IM+ is blocked in China

We have received several complaints from China today: IM+ users cannot connect or access our site.
I have just performed couple of tests at:
http://www.websitepulse.com/help/testto ... -test.html
and 3 of 4 have been unsuccessful.

The only successful test is from HongKong.
However, there are some complaints from HongKong also.

We have just implemented a workaround. Now IM+ should work in Beijing and HongKong.

I got a very funny case now.

My IM+ Lite can log into my MSN but why My IM+ won't log into it? Why I should pay 9.99 for the full version that won't log into the MSN? Someone in Tech support please look into this matter right aways.

Oh, I'm located in Hong Kong and using Smartone services.

IM+ is still blocked in Beijing, China. I'm still getting the connection failed message. And www.shapeservices.com is also blocked.

We are doing our best on our side to provide our customers in China with IM+ experience, however some issues are still out of our scope, sorry.

Is this something that can be fixed on your end, ever? If not, should I be getting a refund since I won't be able to use it in China?

We are working on the workarounds for Chinese customers, please let us know if the problem re-occurs.

It stopped working for a couple of days since my last post, but is now working again. Sign in is slow, and so is updating friends info.

I'm curious. why is china blocking IM+?
