I have the latest update on my Samsung i637 Jack, still freezes 10 times a day. I will get the log going an let you know. I am very very unhappy with the freezing. I have to shut my phone off completely. Losing any info I might have had on the conversation.

It has only froze 3 times in the last couple weeks. Seems the newest update might have fixed it.

hello, i sent request of support for this problem and i want to discute it on the forum too.
i have the program that freeze after some message in chat.
after some message i can't access to the left low menu of program.
some time, too, when i have two different chat in use i see all messages mixed and confused on the screen.
i can't actually use the program. it is only working correctly the push mode and i can correctly chat only using email reply.
mi phone is samsung omnia 2 with WM 6.5.
i have no problem with ram full but i see that this problem there is when the program start to use more then 3MB of ram. at start it use only about 2,4MB.
for instalaltion i tryed first time with .exe file and i got problem.
then i uninstall it and installed using .cab file. it seem to be ok for a short time, but it was not actually.
