Unable to Connect to facebook

Hello
I am using IM+ in my HTC Touch 2. It works fine for MSN and yahoo messenger but it doesn't log in facebook. My log in details are correct but the program fails to log in to facebook.
When I log in facebook from computer it says some unauthorized mobile serivce is trying to access your account from canada. They ask my details and the page runs. but from mobile i am unable to run facebook chat.
I am unable to run facebook since the installation of the IM+

Please help me with this issue.

You need to follow the instructions provided with the error - log in on your computer and confirm IM+ as known destination on Facebook.com

Could you please give some more details?
Didn't found any instructions related to this problem and where can I add IM+ as known destination on Facebook?

You stated that you receive a notification on facebook.com about mobile service trying to access your account.
This is IM+. You have to approve it on facebook page as location before you get connected in IM+.
Until you confirm it on facebook.com, you won't be able to log in in IM+

I have used the Im+ test account as well as my own and it doesn't appear that it is connecting to Facebook. My icon just flashes on and off w/o every really connecting to Facebook to authenticate my credentials.

Before I used to get an error screen then would tell Facebook that the location etc was allowed, now I don't get that. I have looked through the posts and I don't see any clues on how bridge the communication.

My Device HTC, Windows Mobile -- Carrier Verizon. All the other IM's are connected just can't get Facebook to connect.

HI,

I am using HTC Ozone, i am using IM+. It was working fine, but from last few days i am unable to login my facebook. Just blinks twice and than no reaction for the screen. I tried re-installing it. First time it works then when i disconnect it and again try to connect again same problem occars.

Please suggest for above what should be done.

We are aware of such issue.
At the moment we are testing a fix. It should be implemented soon.

Meanwhile you may try below workaround.

Please try below instructions.

First of all please delete your Facebook account from IM+.
Then please open your phone's browser, go to Facebook webpage
and log in with your Facebook login and password.
After that please open IM+ and add a Facebook account once again.
Click connect button. Authorization should pass fine this time.
