Im+ doesnt display all of my friends on AIM (AOL)

WHen I log in my account on aol I noticed that some of my buddies were offline. When I checked my buddy list on the computer (aim express) The aim buddies who were online through a mobile device were listed as offline in im+. To put it in basic terms, all users who sign in aol as mobile will not be listed online on IM+. can you guys fix this bug?

This issue requires more thorough investigation.

Please make sure that "Create the log file" option is enabled under IM+ "Settings" / "Other", reproduce this issue and then please send us a support request from IM+ "Info" / "Support request".
We will receive IM+ logs, analyse them and advise further.
