HTC Ozone - Digital Certificate Problem / Installing

Just upgraded my Verizon HTC Ozone to a newer model. Windows Mobile 6.5 Standard. Trie to load IM+ version 8.1.2 and I am getting following message: "Installation was unsuccesful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate." Ironically, I dowloaded IM+ through Verizon App Store. Any help is appreciated.

Did you try to download IM+ directly to your phone from our wap site wap.shapeservices.com ?
Do you have any "Yes"/"No" buttons while this notification is shown?
