restore settings after ROM flash?

is there a way to restore all my accounts after upgrading to a new phone rom? i have a lot of accounts i connect to and its a bit of a pain to have to enter all the login info again each time

i tried restoring the IMPlus folder from Program Files, and the one under Application Data but it didnt work

Your settings are stored in the Windows Mobile registry.
When you update your ROM your registry clears.
That is why it is impossible to restore your settings in this case.
