Frequently Asked Questions about IM+® All-in-One Messenger on iPhone/ iPod Touch 

• Switching Between Chat Windows

If you have multiple conversation windows open, you may navigate between them. You may either swipe the open conversation windows or go back to Inbox and and select a conversation.

• Sending Your Location

This feature allows you to send your location to your contact. It will be sent as a link to the map on GPSed service with your location. To send your location, please minimize the keyboard by tapping the screen and then tap on button. Please select

option.

• Sending a Photo

IM+ allows you to send a picture to your contact from iPhone / iPod Touch picture gallery. To send a picture, please minimize the keyboard by tapping the screen and then tap on button. Please select

option and select the way source you want to take the picture from. Then please select a photo you would like to send. You may also take a picture and send it right away. In this case, please select "Camera".

You may select to auto-adjust the size of the image sent at "More" - "Settings" - "Resize picture before sending" to save the traffic.

• Sending a Voice Message

IM+ allows you to send a voice note to your contact from iPhone / iPod Touch. To send a voice note, please minimize the keyboard by tapping the screen and then tap on button. Then please select

option and the recording will start. Selecting Send menu entry will sent your voice message to your contact, selecting Discard menu entry will stop the recording.

• Sending a Video

IM+ allows you to send a video to your contact from iPhone / iPod Touch picture gallery. To send a video, please minimize the keyboard by tapping the screen and then tap on button. Please select

Then please record the video to send. Note: this option is not acessible on iPhones with no ability to record video.

• Using Emoticons

IM+ supports emoticons within conversations. To add an emoticon to your message, please tap on the "Emoticon" icon next to the text input field and select an emoticon you would like to use.

IM+ also supports Emoji icons. You may use these icons chatting with iPhone/iPod users. Please tap the button and select the emoticon to insert into the conversation.

• Changing Chat Wallpaper

The conversation window background can be changed to a different one under More / Settings / Wallpaper. You may either select a predefined background image, or pick one from your photo library as well as take a picture and use it. All you would need to do is to select the corresponding menu item.

• Removing Conversations

You may remove the conversation within Inbox tab, either swiping the conversation you would like to remove or tapping on Edit button, pressing on "-" sign next to the conversation you would like to remove and then confirming the removal with "Delete" button.
