The Full version supports more functionality than the Lite version: Facebook chat support, "Send my location" and "Send voice message" options, and IM push mode.
The well-known problem with instant messengers on iPhone is that applications are not running in a background.
IM Push mode allows you to stay online and exchange messages when you switch to other applications. In IM+ please go to "Settings" / "Other", check "Keep IM services connected on exit" and select desirable IM Push session interval. You may also enter your email address, in order to continue receiving IMs as e-mails pushed to your mailbox.
When you open IM+ again, IM Push messages will arrive to your IM+ Inbox. IM Push mode is supported in the Full version only.
When your iPhone / iPod Touch goes to sleep mode, it loses internet connection.
We have developed a workaround for this problem. IM Push mode allows you to stay online and when your iPhone is in sleep mode. In IM+ please go to "Settings" / "Other", check "Keep IM services connected on exit" and select desirable IM Push session interval. In IM Push mode you will remain online in all IM services. When you open IM+ again, IM Push messages will arrive to your IM+ Inbox.
IM Push is supported in the Full version only.
In IM+ 2.0 you cannot set your own avatars, you may only see avatars of your buddies in contact list and dialogs. Your may set your own avatar in desktop messenger, and it will be visible for your contacts when you are connected via IM+.
